Charlie the POW/MIA Duck was created by Max Maxfield, founder of MIA Productions, in honor of his grandfather, Charles Maxfield, who served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Charlie is more than just a duck—he’s a symbol of remembrance and respect for American service members who are prisoners of war or missing in action.
All Charlie the POW/MIA Duck merchandise sold helps support the mission of repatriating these brave heroes. In fact, 25% of all proceeds go directly to Project Recover, an organization dedicated to bringing our soldiers home.
